COVID 19 – Appointment guidance at differing alert levels.

We are working in accordance with the Government’s current guidance. This means that we are seeing clients face to face only at alert level 2. We will be wearing masks, have QR codes and hand sanitizer available. All visitors aged 12 and over will be expected to wear a mask also. Where appropriate we are still continuing to make arrangements for appointments to be conducted via phone or video call and, at levels 3 and 4, we will be offering telehealth/online appointments only.
