Cancellation Policy:
– Late cancellation (within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment) the full rate for the planned service is due.
– Missed appointment without notice, full rate for the planned service.
Late Fees:
– Late payment fee (invoices are emailed after the session). Payment is due within 72 hours of the appointment but appreciated as soon as practical after the invoice is received.
– Any invoice later than 3 weeks will incur a late payment fee of 10%.
– If we don’t receive payment from you after 1 month of the invoice, we reserve the right to forward your debt onto our recovery partner. Upon this occurring, you will then become liable for all associated recovery costs as charged by the third party recovery partner.
