
Nicole Mincher
Nicole (Te Aupōuri, Niue) is an experienced educational psychologist who has worked in both the education and disability sector. Nicole has supported a wide range of young people and whānau to navigate a variety of challenges. She prioritises child and whānau voice when constructing solution focused ways forward.
Nicole is passionate about educational psychology and the positive impact it can have upon people’s lives. She draws upon a range of holistic frameworks and therapeutic techniques to help empower young people and whānau to live their best lives.
Nicole is an active member of the Institute of Educational and Developmental psychology and is currently completing a Doctorate in Education looking at equity within school exclusion processes.
