Jo Todd
I’m a Registered Psychologist based in New Zealand, working with children and young people aged 2 to 18 years. I support tamariki and rangatahi experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, low mood, OCD, emotional regulation difficulties, and attention or concentration issues.
I believe that every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and supported. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with a focus on building trust and helping young people feel confident in who they are. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the child and their whānau, recognising the important role that families play in a child’s wellbeing.
I also work closely with parents and caregivers, offering practical strategies and guidance to support behavioural, social, and emotional development at home and beyond. Whether you’re looking for help with day-to-day parenting challenges or more complex concerns, I’m here to support you and your child every step of the way.
