Hannah O'Loughlin
Hannah is a Child and Family Psychologist who completed her training at the University of Canterbury. She has experience working across both public and private settings, supporting children, young people and their families through a wide range of challenges and circumstances, including working with neurodivergent individuals and those who have experienced trauma.
Hannah values collaboration and partnership, recognising the important role that parents and caregivers play in the lives of tamariki and rangatahi while also acknowledging the growing capacity that young people hold within their own therapeutic journey. She takes a strengths-based approach and works alongside their whānau to create a safe, supportive environment where they feel heard, understood and empowered.
Hannah understands that engaging with a psychologist can feel unfamiliar at first and aims to ensure that clients and families feel informed, comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Her goal is to build trusting relationships that support meaningful and lasting positive change.
