Dr Andrew Hill
Dr Andrew Hill is an experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with a strong background in working with children & adolescents experiencing complex mental health, developmental and behavioural challenges.
Andrew has extensive experience assessing and supporting young people with ADHD, autism, emotional and behavioural difficulties, trauma-related presentations, anxiety, mood disorders and other neurodevelopmental and mental health concerns.
He is skilled in working with individuals who present with high levels of complexity, including those with co-occurring mental health, developmental, forensic and social challenges.
As part of The Child Psychology Service multidisciplinary team, Andrew works closely with psychologists and other practitioners to provide diagnostic clarification, treatment recommendations and, where appropriate, medication assessment and management. He believes that the best outcomes are achieved when families, schools and professionals work together to understand the whole child and build practical pathways for positive change.
Andrew’s approach is collaborative, thoughtful and evidence-based, with a focus on helping children, young people and families gain clarity, confidence and meaningful support.
