Carolina Millar
Carolina is a dedicated and compassionate child psychologist with a passion for helping children, adolescents, and their families navigate life’s challenges. She believes in empowering children and adolescents to reach their full potential, building resilience, and fostering healthy relationships within families. In her practice she provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for her clients. She also values the importance of community and collaborates with schools, health care providers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for her clients.
Carolina is trained in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and incorporates a trauma-informed approach to her practice. She has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents from diverse cultural backgrounds, and can provide assessment and therapeutic work in both English and Spanish.
