Dr Ripi Kaur
Ripi is a values based Educational Psychologist who is passionate about optimising developmental outcomes of children and adolescents using an attachment-centred and trauma-informed approach.
Ripi has worked with children and families from different cultural backgrounds and varying needs.
Ripi uses strengths based, child and family centred and collaborative approaches.
This means that she actively considers what is going well for the child and family and collaborates with key adults in the child’s life (as well as the child) to understand underlying needs and supports required.
Ripi has experienced adverse childhood experiences herself and understands that seeking help is an act of courage and considers it a real privilege to support others through her work.
